Lewis Manning Hospice selects IRIS Exchequer accounting software to take care of their finances

(PRWEB UK) 14 May 2012

Lewis-Manning Hospice has recently selected IRIS Accounting & Business Solutions to provide their IRIS Exchequer accounting and finance software.

Lewis-Manning Hospice is a voluntary hospice, based in Poole, Dorset offering free specialist palliative nursing care to around 650 local people living with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.

Their specialist nursing team offers care and support through a day care service, lymphoedema and breathlessness clinics, and education services and support groups for both patients and carers. The registered charity also offers creative arts therapies, physiotherapy, aromatherapy and other holistic treatments.

Funds are raised entirely through the Hospices own fundraising initiatives, such as events and campaigns, retail operations through their ten charity shops, the hospice lottery, community and corporate support, donations, and gifts left in wills.

2012 marks a significant milestone for the charity, as they celebrate 20 years since first opening the hospice. They are also set to open a new purpose-built facility, which will include a bedded unit for emergency and planned respite, in Spring 2012.

Lewis-Manning Hospice recently selected IRIS Exchequers accounting software from IRIS Accounting & Business Solutions, for a truly integrated accounting and finance system.

IRIS Exchequer has been supporting the third sector for over 20 years, providing a range of specialist solutions designed to give all the functionality needed to maintain tight budgetary control, unite departments and empower budget holders across your organisation.
